30 Days Free Returns
We want your Hackett order to feel right. If an eligible item does not work for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility
Items must meet the return conditions below to be eligible for a refund.

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Items should include original tags, packaging, and any included accessories where applicable.
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or improper care.

Non-returnable items

- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original tags, packaging, or included components
- Gift cards or store credit, if offered

How to start a return

3. Prepare your return

5. Inspection
Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return eligibility requirements.
6. Refund update
